Band Instrument Repair Tech: seeking an individual with repair experience.

 Educational Sales Representative: position for individual with wind or orchestral string instrument background to provide in school service two to three days a week. Must provide suitable transportation. Ideal for retired music educators.

 Violin/Viola Teacher - Golden Mile Location: Position for individual with violin/viola teaching experience to provide instruction at our Golden Mile location. Must have Bachelor's degree in music with violin/viola as instrument focus.

 Piano Teacher - Golden Mile Location: Position for individual with pianoa teaching experience to provide instruction at our Golden Mile location. Must have Bachelor's degree in music with piano as instrument focus.

 Percussion/Drum Set Teacher - Golden Mile Location: Position for individual with percussion/drum set teaching experience to provide instruction at our Golden Mile location. Must have Bachelor's degree in music with percussion/drum set as instrument focus.

 Part Time Retail Music Sales (Both Locations): Pittsburgh area School Music Dealer has an immediate part-time sales opportunity

Job responsibilities include:

Selling and providing customers with up-to-date information on instruments, accessories, and print music; Maintaining store displays, appearance, and stock, and transferring inventory between stores; Assisting customers with new rentals and providing service throughout their rental agreement; Contacting our customer base regarding instrument purchase via phone and email; Facilitating communication between students and private lesson instructors; Accepting instruments for repair, updating repair status, and ongoing customer communications; Communicating with teachers, staff, and customers about logistics of school deliveries and returns; Working to uphold a strong sense of community and make our customers feel welcome.

Qualifications

Sales experience and background in wind or orchestral string instruments; Candidates must be available to work up to fifteen hours per week and have a car

Pay: $15.00 per hour base plus evening shift differential, monthly and goal commissions. Employee discounts.
